PR8 CVL – Cherry Tree Route
Starting and ending at the Cherry Interpretive Center, right in the center of the town of Ferro, explore the scenic paths that run through the extensive cherry orchards that dominate the rural landscape of Cova da Beira. As a backdrop, the imposing slope of Serra da Estrela, overlooking the city of Covilhã, will still be a constant.
The route is circular and accessible to almost everyone, being partially coincident with the Camino de Santiago and the Variant of the Grande Rota do Zêzere that cross the parish.
