DAY 01

TOUR THROUGH THE SERRA DA ESTRELA, STOP AT THE FOLLOWING PLACES: Viewpoint Varanda dos Carqueijais; Pedra do Urso; Senhora da Boa Estrela (Covão do Boi); Torre (highest point in mainland Portugal)
For lunch: try juniper rice
AFTERNOON:
VISIT TO LAGOA COMPRIDA AND CÂNTARO MAGRO
For dinner: try Brulhão or Roasted ribs.
Suggestion: take a night walk in the Garden of the Lake.
DAY 02
MORNING:
WALK THROUGH THE CARPINTEIRA BRIDGE AND VISIT THE NEW HAND LAB
TOUR THROUGH THE VALLEY OF ALFORFA (UNHAIS DA SERRA)
Tip: don’t forget your camera to capture the impressive views over the city.
At lunch: pan in the oven.
AFTERNOON:
VISIT TO THE MOUNTAIN BOTANICAL GARDEN
Suggestion: walk in the Garden of the Arts (ideal for children)
For snack: try a beer cracker with tea.
